Living Mindfully, based in the Consett area, provide 5 and 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Programmes and coaching.

Mindfulness in Life runs MBSR Programmes in the Newcastle area.

Pure Yoga Newcastle provides Hatha yoga classes to beginner, intermediate and pregnant yogis of all ages. Yoga classes are being held at Newcastle Buddhist Centre on Tuesday evenings.

Ucci Yoga provides Mindful flow classes where the breath leads the way. Yoga classes are held in Gosforth on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Be Mindful is a campaign run by the Mental Health Foundation UK charity to raise awareness of the benefits of Mindfulness.

The Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University offers a range of professional and personal training and courses and a Masters programme in teaching mindfulness based approaches.
